Start in Swift mode
Open miProgram, tap Add Inventory and pick Swift. There's no template to set up and no blank page to fill in, so you're taking photos within seconds.
Photograph every room in sequence. Swift guides you through the whole property.
Start the Property Wizard
One tap starts the wizard. It takes you round the whole property, one room at a time, so you're never left working out what to do next.
Pick the room, then go
Tap what the room is, whether that's a living room, kitchen or bathroom, then hit Start Room. That's about as much setup as there is.
Point, shoot, move on
The wizard asks for one item at a time, in the order you'd actually walk the room. Take the photo and it lands against the right item there and then. Nothing to rename or sort out later.
Log condition on the spot
Mark each item Good, Fair or Poor as you photograph it, without leaving the capture screen. There's nothing to write up back at a desk.
Set a default once, reuse it in every room
Make a door or window your default and every new room in the property starts already filled in with the same type, colour and condition. The things you'd otherwise re-enter room after room only get done once.
Let AI fill in the detail
Your rooms and photos are already there, whether you run AI or not. Tap Analyse with AI and it works out what each item is, reads its colour and drops it all into the right fields.
Built for you, ready to sync
Every element you captured is ticked off and waiting in the room. Run down the green checks, fix anything that needs it, then sync the report.
