  • Subscription Accounts: Data is stored while your subscription remains active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

  • Non-Payment: Accounts inactive or unpaid for 90 days will be terminated, and all data permanently deleted.

  • Legacy Pay-Per-Document Accounts: Reports are stored for 12 months from creation unless renewed.

You are responsible for exporting or backing up your data before cancellation or deletion.

We take data security seriously and use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Secure hosting via Amazon Web Services (AWS) in UK/EU data centres.

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS / SSL).

  • Access restricted to authorised users and staff only.

  • Regular monitoring and backups.

While we take all reasonable precautions, no system can be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Data Transfers

Your data may be stored or processed on servers located in the United Kingdom or other countries within the European Economic Area (EEA).
If data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
