Is there a minimum term?
All new subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months from the activation date. After that, the subscription renews on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in writing with 30 days' notice.
What's included?
Every plan includes unlimited reports and storage, all report types (inventory, check-in, check-out, mid-term and block management), the mobile apps, photo capture, PDF reports, digital signatures and web-view sharing. No per-document fees.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
It's the same plan either way. Annual is billed once a year at ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.
How many users can I have?
Every account includes 2 users as standard. Need more? Add extra users for £5 per user per month (+VAT).
Can I change plans later?
Yes — move up or down whenever your portfolio changes. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate.
