Is there a minimum term?
Yes. All plans are a 12-month commitment from the activation date. Your plan and pricing are reviewed every 12 months based on your account's usage.
What's included?
Every plan includes unlimited reports and storage, all report types (inventory, check-in, check-out, mid-term and block management), the mobile apps, photo capture, PDF reports, digital signatures and web-view sharing. AI photo analysis and AI Deposit Assessments are an optional add-on, priced as monthly credit packs.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
It's the same plan either way. Annual is billed once a year at ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.
How many users can I have?
Each plan includes the number of users listed on the plan: 1 on Lite, 2 on Starter, 3 on Plus, 5 on Pro and 7 on Business. Need more? Extra users are £5 per user per month + VAT.
I only do mid-term inspections. Is there a discount?
Yes. If you only carry out mid-term inspections, you get 50% off any plan. Pick the plan that matches your property count and tick "I only need mid-term inspections" to see the discounted price. Mid-term-only accounts can't create inventories, check-ins or check-outs; if you later need those, you move to the full-price plan.
Can I change plans later?
If your property count goes over your plan's limit, you'll automatically move up to the next plan. Plans are reviewed every 12 months based on your account's usage, so if your portfolio has changed that's when your plan and pricing are adjusted.
