Our Story
Property inventories used to be paper. Inspectors filled in pre-printed forms by hand, took photos on a separate camera, then went back to the office to type the report — often days or weeks after the visit. Notes turned out to be ambiguous. Photos got separated from the rooms they belonged to. Reports were inconsistent from one branch to the next, even within the same agency.
That fragility mattered most at the worst possible moment. When a deposit dispute landed, the agency needed evidence that was time-stamped, structured, and obviously legitimate. A typed-up report with photos at the back didn't always cut it. Cases were lost over paperwork rather than facts.
We built miProgram directly for that reality. Inspections happen on mobile, room by room, with each photo attached to the item it documents. The PDF report is generated before the inspector leaves the property. Every report follows the same structure whether it's compiled by one branch or one hundred.
Today, hundreds of UK letting agents, property managers and landlords run on miProgram — from independent agents condensing months of inspections into a single working week, to nationwide networks producing thousands of reports a month across more than 120 branches.
