How big is the dataset?
120 million labelled photographs of UK residential property, drawn from around 1.9 million inspection reports across 906,000 properties, growing continuously. Every image and record is tied to a 42-field taxonomy.
What can I license — images, structured data, or both?
Either, separately. The structured property-data product is tabular records for insurance, valuation and analytics. The image-data product is captioned photographs with per-image JSON for AI and computer-vision training. Each has its own page and sample.
Is the data GDPR-compliant?
Core inspections are of vacant properties containing only landlord-owned assets. No tenant personal data is supplied to third parties, GPS metadata is stripped, images are individually reviewed, and location is expressed at region level.
How do I evaluate it?
