Deposit Assessment

Check-out deductions drafted for you to review

Compares the ingoing inventory with the check-out report item by item and drafts the deposit deductions, priced from your own cost list with fair wear and tear applied. You accept, change or remove each one, then approve and share a branded report.

Dropdowns filled in from your photos

Take the photos at the property and sync the report. The AI fills in the type, finish, colour or brand from your existing lists and sends anything it is not sure about back to the clerk to review. It never grades condition and never writes a description.

AI Report Review

Proofread a finished inventory before it goes out

Quick review checks every note for spelling, grammar and wording in UK English, flags notes that contradict the condition and photos with nothing describing them, in under a minute. Enhanced review also reads the photos and drafts fuller notes and a room overview.

Paid with AI credits

AI tools are an optional add-on, billed to the client company through a monthly AI credit pack. There are no in-app purchases. No pack? A one-off Deposit Assessment can still be run and added to your monthly invoice.

Your data, your call

Each tool is off until you choose to use it. Photos and report data are sent through miProgram's servers to Anthropic PBC, our AI provider, and are not used to train their models. Inventory AI Analysis can be switched off for the whole account under Account > AI Analysis.
