A second pair of eyes before the report goes out
AI Report Review proofreads a finished inventory in the office. Quick review checks every note for spelling, grammar and wording in under a minute. Enhanced review also reads the photos and drafts fuller notes. Either way, nothing changes until you accept it.
Start with Quick for a proofread. Switch to Enhanced when you want notes drafted from the photos.
Choose the depth of review
Both run on a finished inventory. Both leave the final say with you.
Quick review
A fast proofread of the whole inventory before it goes out.
- Checks every note for spelling and grammar in UK English.
- Tidies rough or casual wording into neutral, professional language.
- Flags any note that contradicts the item's condition.
- Spots photos with nothing describing them, including meter photos missing a reading or serial number.
- Every issue appears beside the item. Accept, edit or reject it in one click.
Enhanced review
Everything in Quick review, plus it looks at the photos.
- Writes fuller, more detailed notes for each item from what is visible: materials, colours, fittings and where the marks are.
- Drafts a professional overview for each room.
- Flags things it can see in the photos that are not in the report.
- Never grades condition from photos.
- Never changes anything picked from a list.
How it works
Run from the web dashboard, after the clerk has synced the inventory.
- 1
Open the finished inventory
Once the clerk has synced the report, open it in the web dashboard as you would to check it by hand.
- 2
Choose Quick or Enhanced
Quick for a proofread in under a minute. Enhanced when you want fuller notes drafted from the photos.
- 3
Work through the suggestions
Each one sits beside the item it relates to, with the current text and the proposed change.
- 4
Accept, edit or reject
One click each. Accepted changes go into the report, edited ones go in as you typed them, rejected ones are discarded.

Review panel with made-up data. Switch modes and try accepting or rejecting a suggestion.
What it does
- Proofreads in UK English
Spelling, grammar and consistent, neutral wording across every note.
- Catches contradictions
A note that says one thing while the condition grade says another is flagged for you to resolve.
- Finds undocumented photos
Photos with nothing describing them, and meter photos with no reading or serial number.
- Drafts fuller notes (Enhanced)
Materials, colours, fittings and where the marks are, written from the photos for you to approve.
What it never does
- Grade condition from photos
The condition the clerk set on site stays as it is unless you change it.
- Change anything picked from a list
Door types, finishes, colours and other dropdown values are never altered.
- Change the report on its own
Every suggestion waits for your decision. Rejected suggestions leave no trace.
- Replace the clerk's inspection
It can only review what was photographed and written. It does not add items that were not inspected.
You stay in control
The review is a drafting aid for the person checking the report, not a replacement for them. Every change is yours to approve.
- Every suggestion is shown beside the item it relates to, with the current text and the proposed change.
- Nothing in the report changes until you accept a suggestion. Edit it first if you prefer your own words.
- Report text and, for Enhanced review, the report photos are sent through miProgram's servers to Anthropic PBC, our AI provider, and are not used to train their models.
- AI use is billed to the client company through AI credits. There are no in-app purchases.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Quick and Enhanced review?
Quick review reads the text only: spelling, grammar, wording, contradictions between a note and its condition, and photos with nothing describing them. Enhanced review does all of that and also reads the photos, drafting fuller item notes and a room overview, and flagging things in the photos that are missing from the report.
Will it change my report without asking?
No. Every suggestion is shown beside the item and waits for you to accept, edit or reject it. Nothing changes until you accept.
Does it grade condition from the photos?
No. Neither mode ever grades condition. The condition set by the clerk stays unless you change it yourself.
Does it change dropdown values?
No. Anything picked from a list, such as a door type or a colour, is never altered by either mode.
How many AI credits does it use?
Quick review uses between 5 and 20 AI credits depending on the size of the inventory. Enhanced review uses more because it also processes the photos. Credits come from your AI credit pack; see the pricing page.
Which reports can I review?
Inventories. Run it from the web dashboard once the clerk has synced the report.
