Can I import existing property data?
Yes, we offer data import services for customers moving from other systems. Contact our support team to discuss your migration needs.

Can I use MiProgram offline?
Yes! The MiProgram mobile app works fully offline. Complete inspections without an internet connection and sync your data when you're back online.
How many photos can I add to a report?
There's no limit on photos. Add as many high-resolution images as you need to properly document the property.
Do tenants need the app to sign documents?
No, tenants receive an email link and can review and sign documents directly in their web browser. No app download required.
Can I brand reports with my company logo?
Yes, Professional and Enterprise plans include white-label options to add your logo, company details, and custom colours to reports.

How long is the free trial?
Our free trial lasts 14 days and gives you full access to all features in your chosen plan. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus direct debit for annual subscriptions. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

What devices are supported?
MiProgram works on iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, plus any web browser. Your data syncs seamlessly across all devices.

Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, secure UK-based servers, and regular backups. Your data is GDPR compliant and never shared with third parties.

How do I add team members?
From your dashboard, go to Settings > Team Members > Add New. Professional plans include up to 5 users, Enterprise plans have unlimited users.
